Privacy notice
Ink by Cal is the tattoo work of Calum Hemsworth, a tattoo artist in Worthing, West Sussex. For anything about your data, send a message.
What the forms collect
The booking form collects your name and email address, plus anything else you choose to add: a phone number, placement, size, style, a description of your idea and up to three reference images. The contact form collects your name, email address, a topic and your message.
How it is used
Your message is emailed to Cal, who uses it to reply to you and, for a booking, to arrange a consultation and design your tattoo. It is used for that and nothing else.
Who handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this website and receives the form.
- Resend delivers your message to Cal’s email inbox.
- If the form shows a spam check, Cloudflare Turnstile runs it to confirm a person sent the form.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and has no analytics, advertising or social media trackers. Its fonts and scripts load from this website itself.
Keeping and deleting your message
Messages from the forms are kept in Cal’s email. To have yours deleted, send a message.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal information held about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Send a message. If you are unhappy with the reply, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
